Find Network Marketing & Channel Compliance
Effective date: October 26, 2026
This policy governs marketing, sales claims, brand assets, and channel conduct for MiLi products compatible with Apple's Find My or Google's Find Hub. It applies to B2B customers, distributors, resellers, retailers, marketplace operators, agencies, affiliates, creators, influencers, media partners, and their subcontractors.
1. Non-negotiable rules
- Use only claims, functions, badges, and compatibility statements approved in writing for the exact MiLi product model.
- Submit the exact final material to MiLi before publication. Prior, oral, draft, or look-alike approval is not approval of a new version.
- MiLi approval does not replace any approval required by Apple, Google, an advertising platform, a marketplace, or a regulator.
- Do not promise perfect recovery, continuous visibility, real-time tracking, unlimited range, or unconditional worldwide coverage.
- Use the product only to help locate personal items lawfully owned or managed by the user. It must not be marketed or used to track any living being.
2. Prohibited claims and scenarios
Do not use Never Lost, Never Lose, Always Find, Guaranteed to Find, 100% Tracking, Real-Time Global Tracking, Unlimited Range, Works Everywhere, Anti-Theft Guarantee, or any equivalent wording, hashtag, voiceover, image, or implication.
Do not market or depict tracking of people, children, older adults, partners, employees, customers, pets, livestock, wildlife, or any other living being. Do not attach or conceal the product on a living being, present it as a child or pet safety device, or track a person through an item they carry.
Do not describe a crowdsourced Bluetooth network as satellite tracking, continuous GPS, exact real-time travel history, or a guaranteed anti-theft service. Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, joint development, guarantee, or manufacture by Apple or Google unless MiLi has supplied an expressly approved statement.
3. Apple's Find My requirements
- Use the badge only with the specific certified MiLi product and only from the current artwork supplied by MiLi.
- Do not recolor, redraw, translate, crop, tilt, animate, render in 3D, or add shadows, glow, reflection, or other effects.
- Keep the badge subordinate to the MiLi product identity or main message. Minimum badge height is 30 px on screen and 10 mm in print, with minimum clear space equal to one quarter of the badge height.
- Normally use one Works with Apple Find My badge per product promotion. Do not use the Apple logo or Find My app icon by itself.
- At first body-copy reference, use Apple Find My network. Later references may use Find My network or Find My. Do not use Find My as a product name, SKU, or verb.
- Use the current compatibility statement, legal notice, and trademark credit lines supplied by MiLi. Never translate an Apple trademark.
- Do not imitate Apple advertising, packaging, typography, or messaging, and do not imply that Apple participated in the design or manufacture of the product.
4. Google's Find Hub requirements
Google requires marketing assets that use the Works with Google's Find Hub badge or otherwise mention Find Hub to be submitted for review and approval through the applicable partner process.
- Use only current badge files, approved copy, and the Asset ID supplied by MiLi for the exact model, color, market, and language.
- Submit packaging, websites, marketplace listings, advertisements, videos, social posts, influencer content, press materials, exhibits, and sales presentations to MiLi before use.
- Do not modify, redraw, translate, combine, or copy the Google badge from another source. Do not imply Google endorsement or guarantee.
- Approval applies only to the approved final version and stated channels, language, territory, and period. Material changes require resubmission.
5. Approval workflow
- Submit the complete final asset, including title, thumbnail, images, footage, edit, captions, subtitles, voiceover, hashtags, links, offer copy, CTA, and legal copy.
- Identify the product model and color, language, territory, channel, account, creator or agency, intended publication date, campaign period, and paid-media status.
- Do not publish until MiLi provides written approval for the exact final version and, where applicable, the platform approval reference or Asset ID is recorded.
- Publish without unapproved changes. Changes to the title, cover, copy, edit, voiceover, CTA, language, channel, territory, or media plan require resubmission.
- Retain the approval record, final asset, publication date, account, and live URL, and cooperate with ongoing monitoring.
6. Allocation of responsibility
MiLi provides current approved product facts, badges, and copy; conducts internal review; coordinates platform submission where required; retains approval records; and issues correction or takedown notices. MiLi review does not release the publisher from its legal, platform, or contractual obligations.
B2B customers and distributors control their owned and downstream channels; ensure prior submission; bind resellers, agencies, and creators; comply with local advertising, consumer, privacy, and intellectual-property law; and stay within the approved territory, language, channel, product, and term.
Agencies and production partners must follow the written brief, verify usage rights, preserve approved badges and claims, pass these requirements to subcontractors, and stop distribution immediately on notice.
Creators, influencers, and media partners must not publish before final written approval; must disclose the commercial relationship; must not add unapproved titles, voiceover, thumbnails, hashtags, pinned comments, or links; and must not reuse approval for another product or campaign.
Marketplace and retail operators are responsible for titles, main images, enhanced content, detail pages, ads, storefronts, support scripts, and promotions, including cached, mirrored, affiliate, and syndicated copies.
7. Unauthorized content and takedown
Content published without MiLi review, or outside the approved scope, is not permitted. MiLi may require immediate suspension, correction, removal, or takedown and may require the publisher to coordinate removal by platforms, media, creators, distributors, affiliates, and republishers.
- On notice, the responsible party must stop new exposure immediately and complete removal or correction as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours, unless MiLi or the platform requires a shorter period.
- The responsible party must provide verifiable completion evidence and address cached pages, paid ads, duplicate listings, affiliate links, mirrored content, and downstream reposts.
- MiLi may suspend marketing approvals, asset access, cooperative campaigns, or related support and may report the violation to the relevant platform.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law and the parties' contract, the violating party is responsible for claims, penalties, takedowns, brand damage, and reasonable remediation costs caused by unauthorized or non-compliant content.
8. Order of precedence
Current Apple and Google program rules, product certifications, written approvals, and the parties' signed agreement prevail over this policy if there is a conflict. MiLi may update this policy and the approved asset pack. Partners must use the latest version provided by MiLi.
This policy is a commercial compliance standard and does not replace legal advice.
