Excellent product! Holds and charges my IPhone 12 Pro Max perfectly and securely. I also have a case on and phone still charges. Case is a see through plastic so not sure how it would do with a hard plastic. I like that product opens automatically when it senses my phone get near. Definitely a must have!

I have tried it out , not very technicam (me) and my phone played-up. As I need the fully charged phone to keep in contact with my family, cannot really afford a new phone, I just left it in the car ; Maybe if I get on a long trip I will plug-in and see what happens. Good stuff. However if one has a protective case on the phone, the inlet hole for connecting the iPhone to the car audio (not Bluetooth) is too small. Consequently I got to lift the phone up so it doesn’t sit snuggly in the cradle.

Product works as described. I'm using a soft pu case at the back. Charging works through the pu case which is ideal. Closing and Irnham mechanism works wonderfully. I feel like Tony Stark. Only thing is I'm unsure if I received the 10W or 15W charger because there's no label at all on the device.
